Founded by Emily Cabral in 2020, Reign Air was born from a desire to continue serving private aviation clients following the sale of SpectaculAir Charter in 2018. By transitioning from aircraft operations to charter brokerage and consulting, we are able to focus entirely on client advocacy, personalized service, and delivering exceptional private aviation solutions.
Our roots trace back to Herb Cabral, founder of Ocean Wings in Nantucket, Massachusetts, and later SpectaculAir Charter in Florida and Hyannis, Massachusetts. Together, we bring nearly five decades of aviation experience, helping clients find the right aircraft for every mission while providing trusted guidance to entrepreneurs and organizations pursuing their own air charter ventures.
